The Trails at Coal Creek development has been cranking hard to get ready to open up sales this month, with estimated completion of the model homes in November, and the first homes being ready to move into in the first and second quarter of next year. There will be two collections: The Trails (running from $447,990-$535,990 base prices) and The Alpine (running from $560,990-$625,990 base prices). KEY FACT: MY SERVICES ARE FREE TO YOU! I get paid by the builder! The builders are not able to offer you a discount if you don't use an agent, they just make more profit, so it makes sense that you'd want to have an agent on your side to help you through the process. If you are thinking of buying a new home from them in the next few weeks or in a few years, it is wise to be put on their interest list so that you're able to have a say in what lot you want. Then, on the 16h (this Friday) they open up a link to be put on their priority list. It is super important to get on this list ASAP Friday at noon, as that holds your spot in line when lots open up! They have about 299 lots, and about 1000 people on the interest list so far! On the 24th, they will have an in person sale.
